Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our waste management team. The Welder will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures, equipment, and machinery used in waste collection, recycling, and disposal. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding & Fabrication:

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on metal waste containers, compactors, chutes, and other waste management equipment.

Equipment Repair & Maintenance:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair damaged or worn-out waste-handling equipment, including trucks, bins, conveyor systems, and processing machines.

Structural Work:

Reinforce and modify metal components to improve equipment durability and functionality.

Safety Compliance:

Follow proper welding procedures, wear protective gear, and ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Blueprint & Technical Reading:

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and requirements.

Cutting & Grinding:

Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, and grinding tools to shape and prepare materials for welding.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and report any major repair needs to the supervisor.

Collaboration:

Work closely with mechanics, technicians, and operations staff to ensure smooth waste management processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
