We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Welder

with a strong background in sugar mill operations and

arcking

work. The ideal candidate will have at least

4 years of hands-on welding experience

, specifically in environments involving heavy-duty industrial equipment, such as those found in sugar mills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality welding, including arcking, in industrial settings

Repair and maintain machinery components in sugar mills

Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures

Follow safety protocols and industry best practices

Work both independently and as part of a maintenance team

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of welding experience in sugar mills or similar heavy industry

Proven experience in arcking techniques

Ability to work in high-temperature and high-pressure environments

Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures

Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
