Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welders
Weld metal components together according to specifications
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks as required
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
Repair damaged metal components and structures
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
