We are seeking skilled and reliable Welders to join our team for fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidates should have strong technical abilities, an understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and FCAW welding based on project requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Cut, weld, and join metals (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) with precision.
Set up welding equipment, select appropriate materials, and prepare workpieces.
Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards and specifications.
Perform welding repairs, modifications, and corrective work as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of welding stations.
Follow company safety procedures, including PPE use and hazard identification.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven work experience as a Welder (1-5 years preferred).
Knowledge of welding processes and material properties.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding instructions.
Certified welder (AWS/CSWIP or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
