Job Description

:

We are looking for a skilled

Welder

to join our solar project team. The welder will be responsible for fabricating and joining metal structures used in solar panel mounting systems, module supports, and other project infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques Fabricate and assemble metal structures for solar panel mounting frames and supports Conduct basic cutting, grinding, and shaping of metal parts Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and safety compliance Perform on-site welding at project locations when required Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition Follow site safety standards and wear all required PPE Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and helpers for efficient workflow

Qualifications

:

ITI/Diploma in Welding or equivalent experience 2+ years of welding experience (preferably in structural or solar projects) Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of safety protocols and welding standards Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments

Work Environment

:

Outdoor site work, including rooftops and ground-mounted solar fields Standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to heat/sunlight May involve travel to different project sites
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
