Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Welder

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, etc.) to weld and fabricate metal components. Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing of welded surfaces. Inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder or in a similar role. Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with various metal types and thicknesses. Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements. Good physical condition and manual dexterity. [Optional] Welding certification (AWS, ASME, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Trade school diploma or technical training in welding. Experience with CNC machines or robotic welding systems. Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
