Key Responsibilities:

Read & Interpret:

Study blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project needs.

Prepare Materials:

Cut, align, and secure metal pieces according to design.

Weld & Join:

Operate welding machines (arc, MIG, TIG) to fuse metal components, ensuring strong, precise bonds.

Inspect & Finish:

Examine welds for flaws, smooth molten metal, and test finished surfaces for quality.

Maintain Equipment:

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding machinery and tools.

Follow Safety:

Adhere to strict safety regulations, wear protective gear, and monitor for overheating.

Base metal qualified : Plate and PipeEssential Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). Attention to detail and precision. Understanding of metallurgy and thermal dynamics. Problem-solving and self-direction. Physical stamina and ability to work in varied environments (factories, construction sites).
