Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Welder with 5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, metal joining, cutting, and welding across different processes. The candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, maintaining equipment, following safety standards, and delivering high-quality welds for production and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding as per requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specs.

Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, pipelines, and components.

Set up welding machines, select materials, and plan welding procedures.

Conduct cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing of metal pieces.

Inspect weld quality, repair defects when needed.

Maintain welding tools, machines, and safety equipment.

Follow all industrial safety protocols, including PPE and fire safety.

Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams.

Keep records of work completed and report equipment issues.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in MIG / TIG / ARC / Gas Welding.

Ability to work with MS, SS, aluminum, and other metals.

Skilled in cutting tools, grinders, gas cutters, fabrication equipment.

Hands-on experience in measuring, marking, and fitting components.

Ability to troubleshoot welding defects.

Strong understanding of industrial safety and welding standards.

Physical stamina to work in heat, noise, and challenging environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

ITI / NCVT Welder certification.

Experience in heavy fabrication or structural welding.

Knowledge of industrial maintenance welding.

Familiarity with robotic welding (added advantage).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,688.82 per month
