Key Responsibilities

Welding:

Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding on steel, stainless steel, etc..

Turning (Machining):

Operate lathes to cut, shape, and finish components to exact dimensions.

Fabrication:

Fit, assemble, and install metal frameworks and components using various tools.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished work for accuracy, finish, and adherence to standards.

Maintenance:

Keep welding machines, lathes, and tools in good working order.

Safety:

Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Fitter, Turner, or Welding.

Experience:

Proven experience in both welding and turning operations.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of welding processes, machining, and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work from drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
