Job Summary:

We are seeking a

pleasant and customer-friendly Welcome Woman

to greet and assist visitors at the entrance of our textile showroom. The ideal candidate will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom. Provide basic information about products, sections, and ongoing offers. Direct customers to the appropriate departments or sales staff. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized entrance area. Handle basic customer queries politely and efficiently. Support the sales team during peak hours by managing customer flow. Uphold showroom appearance and professional grooming standards.

25- 35 years (preferred)

Education:

Minimum 10th Pass / +2 / Diploma (Any Stream)

Experience:

0-2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (Freshers welcome)

Languages:

Tamil (mandatory), English (basic communication), Hindi (optional)

Personality:

Pleasant appearance, friendly attitude, and good communication skills
