Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable
Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, receiving parcels, and scheduling appointments
Provide accurate information to visitors about the company's services
Assist in office coordination and support other departments as needed
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
