Wedding Stylist

to join our growing team and help curate visually stunning weddings that reflect each couple's unique style.

Job Overview:

As a

Wedding Stylist

, you will be responsible for creating the aesthetic direction for the wedding that includes fashion, decor, experiences, invites and more--tying each element into a cohesive whole. You will be the couple's new best friend/ wedding buddy who will style the couple, guide styling choices for the wedding party, and, within the wedding team, brief subject-matter-experts on the vision and needs for the wedding.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire couples to choose Meragi

- Build rapport, understand their vision, and excite them about a visually stunning and a personalised wedding experience--a Meragi USP.

Personal Styling Consultation

- Conduct color and body type analysis to determine the most flattering hues and silhouettes for the wedding, post-wedding events, and honeymoon.

Wedding Style Book

- Develop an aesthetic/theme for all events, ensuring outfits, accessories, decoration, experiences and more cohesively align with the couple's vision.

Personal Shopping

- Organize and accompany couples on shopping trips (locally or in other cities), guiding them to choose outfits and accessories that complement their style, wedding aesthetic, and budget.

Wedding Buddy & Emotional Support

- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the process, offering style guidance and emotional support during decision-making and stressful moments.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

- Communicate the aesthetic vision to designers, planners, and vendors. Liaise for customized outfits, oversee fittings, and ensure every detail aligns with the couple's preferences.

On-Site Wedding Styling

- Be present on the wedding day to assist with styling, final touches, and ensuring the couple looks flawless for their big moments.

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years in a client-facing role related to styling, art direction, design or visual merchandising.

Skills:

Creative direction, moodboarding, fashion styling, strong interpersonal and communication skills,

Education:

Degree in Styling, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Set Design, Art Direction, or a related field.

Traits:

Friendly, adaptable, resilient, positive and an excellent communicator.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
