Respond to wedding inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Conduct venue tours and present wedding packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and booked clients
Create and manage customized proposals, contracts, and invoices
Collaborate with internal teams (catering, operations, vendors) to ensure seamless execution
Track sales leads, conversion rates, and maintain CRM records
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and wedding styles
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in wedding sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales (2+ years preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events
