Role Overview

We're hiring a

Wedding Sales & Experience Lead

-- a seasoned professional who understands the language of emotion, luxury, and business. This role is perfect for someone who has

hands-on experience in wedding client acquisition, lead generation, and conversions.



You will be the bridge between dreams and deliverables, handling high-intent clients and transforming inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Source high-quality wedding leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, wedding expos, venues, and planners Build relationships with wedding influencers, resorts, banquet halls, and premium vendors

Lead Conversion & Client Consultations



Attend enquiries, understand client vision, and pitch tailored wedding services Conduct meetings with families, brides, and groom's side to finalize the event Convert leads into bookings with strong follow-up, confidence, and emotional intelligence

Sales Strategy & Growth



Develop and execute wedding sales plans to meet monthly targets Create premium wedding packages and upsell decor, entertainment, themes, and hospitality services

Client Experience Ownership



Ensure smooth onboarding of wedding clients Coordinate internally for proposals, quotations, and presentations Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business

Brand Representation



Represent India Solution at wedding exhibitions, luxury showcases, and premium networking spaces
What We're Looking For

Experience:



Minimum 2-5 years in

wedding sales / bridal events / luxury event planning / premium hospitality sales

Strong background in

lead generation and conversions

is mandatory

Skills & Traits:



Excellent communication and closing skills Confident with brides, families, and high-value clients Knows how to pitch wedding decor, planning, and experiences effectively Relationship-driven, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent Strong local network in weddings, venues, or event industry

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or similar (MBA is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ullalu Upanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
