Job Summary:
The Wedding Planning Intern will provide crucial
administrative, logistical, and on-site support
to the lead wedding planners for high-end luxury events. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic fresher with a passion for event management, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Vendor Management Support
Vendor Coordination:
Assist in liaising with various vendors (caterers, florists, decorators, photographers, artists, etc.) to collect quotes, verify availability, and track deliverables.
Documentation:
Maintain and organize client and vendor files, including contracts, payment schedules, and mood boards.
Research:
Conduct research on new luxury venues, unique decor concepts, entertainment options, and trending themes.
Scheduling:
Help manage the master event calendar, set up internal and client meetings, and track project timelines.
2. Event Execution & On-Site Assistance
Logistics Support:
Assist the logistics team with tracking inventory (signage, props, stationery) and coordinating transportation for the setup crew.
On-Site Setup:
Be present at the venue to assist with the physical setup and breakdown of decor, seating arrangements, and production elements.
Guest Management:
Support the hospitality team by assisting with RSVP tracking, welcome kit assembly, and directing guests at the event venue.
Event Day Coordination:
Run errands, coordinate last-minute requirements, and serve as a reliable point-of-contact for the team and vendors during events to ensure smooth execution.
3. Client Relations & Design Support
Creative Input:
Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and layout plans (Proficiency in basic design tools is a plus).
Communication:
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients under the supervision of a senior planner.
Post-Event:
Assist in the post-event evaluation process and collect feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Fresher, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
English and Hindi

Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Ethic:
High level of professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to work
