Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Understand client requirements and expectations to design personalized wedding experiences.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning and post-event stages.
End-to-End Event Planning
Plan and execute weddings from concept to completion, including venue selection, decor, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
Manage timelines, budgets, checklists, and contracts for smooth operations.
Conduct site visits, vendor meetings, and pre-event rehearsals to ensure flawless execution.
Vendor & Team Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead and supervise internal teams and on-ground staff during events.
Creative & Conceptual Input
Suggest innovative ideas, themes, and decor concepts aligned with client preferences and current trends.
Ensure every event reflects creativity, style, and perfection.
Social Media & Branding
Assist in managing La Vida Weddings & Events' social media handles, sharing event highlights, client stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the brand's online presence.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate event documentation, expense records, and client contracts.
Provide post-event analysis, client feedback reports, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certified Wedding Planner (mandatory / highly preferred).
2-5 years of experience in wedding or luxury event planning.
Excellent client handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media trends and digital promotion strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
