Your Role:

Venue Booking:

Find and finalize wedding venues

Schedule site visits and negotiate packages

Event Planning & Execution:

Manage events from start to finish

Coordinate with vendors and teams on-ground

Vendor Management:

Source and coordinate with florists, caterers, photographers, etc.

Negotiate rates and ensure quality service

Client Handling:

Be the main point of contact

Understand client needs and keep them updated

Telecalling & Lead Follow-up:

Call potential clients, explain our services

Fix meetings and help convert leads

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience (venue booking, vendor sourcing, telecalling, or client service)

Based in Udaipur or familiar with local venues

Fluent in English & Hindi

Good communication & negotiation skills

Passionate, organized, and detail-oriented

Wedding industry experience is a big plus

Experience with platforms like Weddingz.in is a bonus

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
