We are looking for a sharp, well-spoken, and proactive
Wedding Planner
to join our team in Banjara Hills. This is a dynamic role for a "go-getter" who excels at building relationships and closing deals.
Unlike a traditional planning role, your primary focus will be on the
growth and sales
side of the business - identifying new leads, meeting with prospective clients to understand their vision, and managing the journey from the first hello to the signed contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and wedding leads.
Client Consultation:
Meet with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present tailored proposals.
Sales & Proposals:
Create and deliver professional presentations and detailed budgets (Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential).
Contract Management:
Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts to hit business targets.
Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and industry professionals.
Event Representation:
Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and networking events.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Wedding planning Marketing, Sales, or Client Management (Required).
Communication:
Exceptional English communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
Tech Skills:
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional documentation.
Drive:
An independent worker who is target-oriented and can handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work varied hours as required by the wedding and event industry.
Preferred Candidate:
A female candidate is preferred for this position to align with our specific client relationship dynamics.

Base salary plus a
7% commission
on the gross bill of every lead you close.

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
