DESIGNATION:

Wedding Planner OR Senior Client Servicing

LOCATION:

Borivali, Mumbai

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience

JOB PROFILE:

Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Client Servicing

Finalizing decor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.

Decor and event Co-ordination with Staff

Decor Costing Management

Vendor Negotiation and Finalization

Artist Coordination

Event Execution

Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.

Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.

Price negotiations.

Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.

Venue Management.

Crisis Management.

Salary : As per eligibility

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
