Initiate meetings and discussions, understand the client requirements and budget
Preparing presentations/walkthrough
Excellent knowledge of venues across Kerala / and major cities
Provide creative and innovative decor ideas to the client as per their budget and requirements
Take ownership of the event and ensure a flawless execution
Vendor management, budget management, internal team management
Meticulous documentation of relevant contracts and bills.
Payment settlement with the client
Post event report
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
Proven wedding or event planning experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices.
Strong networking and negotiating skills
Good visualisation ability.
Should have their own database and good rapport with vendors, florists, photographers, artists etc.
Adept at planning, scheduling and delegation of work.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.
Good Experience in conducting luxury/ high-cost wedding
Must have Experience in conducting North Indian Wedding
Candidate must have good command over English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
