Job Title: Wedding Planner (Sales & Operations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Wedding Planner (Sales & Operations) who can manage both client acquisition and end-to-end wedding operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to execute flawless wedding events while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management:

Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, social media, etc.).
Meet prospective clients, understand their wedding requirements, and pitch customized packages.
Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event budgets.
# Operations & Event Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute wedding events as per client expectations.
Handle vendor negotiations (decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, artists, etc.) at best possible rates.
Create and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and event flow.
Supervise on-ground operations to ensure seamless execution.
Manage hotel bookings, guest logistics, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
Resolve any last-minute issues or complaints professionally.
# Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and operational details.
Provide post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales & operational targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Sales, or Hospitality.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of wedding trends, themes, and vendor networks.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
