Job Description

a~ Discussing and planning wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with the clientsa~ Preparing and maintaining wedding guest lista~ Arranging transport to the wedding venues and other facilities for the guestsa~ Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremoniesa~ Providing creative input in terms of decor and music to the clientsa~ Liaising with different vendors and suppliers and negotiating contract termsa~ Maintaining a proper schedule of all the wedding festivitiesa~ Discussing budget and travel restrictions with clients specially for a destination weddinga~ Undertaking all wedding preparations within the set budgeta~ Coordinating dance performances and conducting rehearsal dinnera~ Being physically available on the wedding daya~ Handling all logistics dutiesa~ Obtaining quotes from vendors and ensuring timely paymenta~ Creating and communicating an appropriate timeline for all the wedding activitiesa~ Advising clients on different wedding packagesa~ Contacting and coordinating with Bakers, Decorators, Musicians and other service providersa~ Printing and sending out wedding invitationsa~ Ensuring all wedding supplies are transported to the venue in a timely mannera~ Booking venue for the wedding date and other ceremoniesa~ Assisting the bride for dress fittings and venue walk rehearsalsCandidate Profile: a~ Male/Female candidates can apply.a~ Applicant should be a Graduatea~ Good communication Skills / Work Experience both can apply.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to a,360,000.00 per yearSchedule:
