Wedding Coordinator cum Client Servicing Executive

who can bring warmth, creativity, and precision to every celebration.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Servicing & Coordination:



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned wedding clients from initial consultation to final execution. Understand client preferences, budgets, and vision to translate them into detailed event plans. Schedule and manage client meetings, venue visits, and vendor coordination. Maintain consistent communication with clients and update them on progress and approvals.

Planning & Execution:



Assist in creating event timelines, checklists, and vendor schedules. Coordinate with decor, production, hospitality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution. Support in setup supervision, guest management, and real-time problem-solving during events.

Vendor & Team Coordination:



Liaise with vendors (florists, caterers, photographers, entertainment, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Work closely with internal creative and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain project files, client briefs, and vendor agreements. Handle post-event feedback, billing support, and reporting to the senior management.

Skills & Attributes:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Aesthetic sense and passion for weddings & decor trends. Professional appearance and client-first attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in luxury events, hospitality, or client servicing is preferred.

Compensation:



Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives Additional allowances for travel & on-site events
