Job Description

Candid Videographer:

1.? ?Capture genuine, unscripted moments during weddings and scripted moments during pre-wedding events.

2.? ?Develop and execute creative shot.

3.? ? Build health relationship with team mates during shoots.

Video editing:

1.? ?Edit emotive, storytelling-driven wedding films.

2.? ?Craft engaging narratives from candid footage.

3.? ?Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, polished edits.

Requirements:

1.? ?1+ years of experience in wedding videography and editing.

2.? ?Expertise in:

- Camera operation (DSLR)

- Editing software (Adobe Premiere)

- Color grading

3.? ?Excellent storytelling and visual storytelling skills.

4.? ?Strong attention to detail and organization.

5.? ?Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.? ?Portfolio showcasing wedding candid videography and editing work.

2.? ?Knowledge of wedding film styles (e.g., same-day edits, highlight reels).

3.? ?Experience with drone footage and aerial photography is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

1.? ?Proficiency in:

- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

- 4K resolution and HDR

2.? ?Familiarity with:

- Audio equipment

- Lighting equipment (LED, natural light)

Soft Skills:

1.? ?Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

2.? ?Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced wedding environments.
