We are looking for Wedding /Advertisement Sales Team Leader for our Sales & Marketing department who are immediate joiners .

7d Ad Valley is an advertising, branding and content creation start-up company located in Rayasandra, Bangalore. We are looking for experienced motivated individuals who likes to lead sales team, generate leads and convert them into sales for pre wedding, wedding, advertisement and corporate events. This role requires a passion for customer service, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Individuals who are looking for lucky try kindly don't apply if you are not really passionate and don't poses proven record in the wedding, advertisement, corporate event sales domain. Freshers/freelancers maybe considered if have excellent networking and ability to prove the sales skillsets upfront.

A Wedding Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving wedding bookings and sales, mentoring the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting potential clients, discussing packages, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key duties include achieving sales targets, building client relationships, overseeing lead generation and conversion, and coordinating with internal teams to execute successful events. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales, leadership, and communication skills, a background in the wedding or event industry, and a customer-centric approach.

If you get selected after 2 rounds of interview initial offer letter will be released in which there will be a cool of period of 30 days during in which you will be responsible for closing 3-5 wedding/advertisement deals to achieve sales target as we need proven Team Leaders who understands companies nature and function before assigning sales associates as per hierarchy. We need Sales Team Leaders who are shining examples with proven track record in front of sales associates.

Salary range will be between ?40,000- ₹75,000+(Incentives up to ₹1,00,000) .

Timings would be Mon-Sat, 10:30am- 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities



Lead Sales Team: Train, motivate, and manage the wedding sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to booking. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies to attract new clients and increase bookings. Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee the generation of leads and conversion of potential clients into confirmed bookings for wedding services. Consultation & Presentations: Conduct client consultations, understand their needs, and present creative wedding packages or mood boards. Reporting: Create and distribute progress reports to update management on team performance and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills



Education: A Bachelor's degree in any specialisation while Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wedding or event planning industry. Sales Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills are essential. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities. Customer Service: A high level of customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction. Organizational Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Creativity: Ability to develop creative concepts and translate client visions into tangible plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
