Job Description
Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH, virtual Worker etc. To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid. - To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins. To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.- To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
