Key Responsibilities

Design

banners, cover images, and homepage layouts

that enhance user experience and brand identity. Strategically plan

product placement on the website

to ensure seamless navigation and improved sales. Stay up to date with the

latest design trends, tools, and AI-based solutions

to maintain a competitive edge. Analyze

weekly sales data using Microsoft Excel

and recommend design/placement changes that drive more visibility and reduce bounce rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UI updates aligned with marketing and sales goals. Take

quick and effective decisions

to adapt website layouts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Lead and inspire a

creative team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in website UI/UX design. Strong knowledge of

Canva, AI-based design tools, and trending market tools

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(sales data reading, analysis, and reporting). Excellent

creative, analytical, and strategic thinking

abilities. Ability to

lead a team
