Job Description

We are seeking a client-focused and technically inclined professional to support our subscribed web application users. The role involves handling client feedback, onboarding new clients, improving application usability, and providing basic technical and testing support . This position acts as a bridge between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client feedback, queries, and support requests through calls, emails, or tickets

Assist existing clients in effectively using the subscribed web application

Onboard new clients and explain application features in a simple and user-friendly manner

Understand client requirements and share usability feedback with the development team

Ensure the web application remains easy to use and client-friendly

Perform basic website testing to identify functional, UI, and usability issues

Report bugs clearly and track resolution with the technical team

Provide basic website maintenance and support as required

Maintain records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python

Basic understanding of website technologies (HTML, CSS, website flow)

Basic knowledge of website testing (functional testing, usability testing, bug reporting)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working with web applications or SaaS platforms

Familiarity with testing tools, bug tracking, or ticketing systems

Basic understanding of databases or APIs
