Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable website solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of having a professional website and digital presence.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to potential customers.
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, packages, and service levels to close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for future upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Serve as a liaison between the client and the web development/design team.
Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Provide insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
Coordinate with the technical, design, and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Share customer feedback and market trends with relevant teams.
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients after deal closure.
Address basic client concerns or direct them to appropriate departments.
