Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Website Manager

to manage and optimize our website's performance, security, and user experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in

WordPress

,

PHP

, and

MySQL

, with a minimum of

2 years of hands-on experience

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's WordPress websites. Customize and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins. Develop and maintain custom PHP scripts and website features. Optimize and manage MySQL databases for performance and reliability. Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates. Monitor site performance and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to implement updates and improvements. Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in website management or web development. Proficient in

WordPress

(installation, customization, maintenance). Strong skills in

PHP

(writing and modifying code). Solid knowledge of

MySQL

(queries, performance tuning, troubleshooting). Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level). Understanding of hosting environments, domain management, and SSL certificates. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in WordPress, PHP, or MySQL. Experience with WooCommerce or similar platforms. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Experience with SEO and performance optimization tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix).
