Job Description


Summary: As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, optimization, and performance of our corporate and global websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, development, SEO, and business units (BUs), to deliver compelling and user-friendly web experiences. Your role will involve monitoring website performance, implementing updates, ensuring QA, and aligning the websites with the company\'s branding, messaging, and business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Manage and oversee all aspects of the corporate and global websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop and implement website strategies that align with the company\'s marketing objectives and target audience. Work closely with the SEO team to identify and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall search engine performance. Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, and other potential problems that may affect user experience or search engine indexing. Ensure quality assurance (QA) of website content, design, and functionality across different browsers and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience. Coordinate website content updates, including new product launches, promotions, and company announcements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with development teams to implement website enhancements, bug fixes, and new features. Monitor website security and take proactive measures to safeguard against potential threats, working with the IT and security teams as necessary. Collaborate with business unit teams to understand their website needs, update content, and create landing pages to support their specific marketing initiatives. Work with design teams to optimize website graphics, icons, and multimedia elements to enhance user engagement and visual appeal. Conduct A/B tests and usability studies to gather insights and optimize website performance. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments to keep the websites ahead of the curve. Essential Education, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 10+ years\' experience. Proven experience as a Website Manager or in a similar role, managing corporate and global websites. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of website management, content management systems (preferably Optimizely), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website performance. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to interpret website data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design and user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A proactive and self-motivated approach to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
