Role Summary :
We are hiring a
Digital Marketing & Website Specialist
who can
both design/manage websites and execute digital marketing activities
across multiple brands and industries.
This role is ideal for a

who understands how websites, SEO, paid ads, content, and lead generation work together.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Management
Design, develop, and manage websites using
WordPress or CMS platforms
Create and optimise
landing pages, lead forms, blogs, and service pages
Handle basic UI/UX improvements, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
Coordinate website updates across tourism, immigration, visas, and e-commerce portals
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and conversion-oriented
Digital Marketing Execution
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
across multiple brands
Manage
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and basic performance tracking
Support lead generation for:
Immigration & visa services
Tourism & holiday packages
Drop-shipping & online sales
Optimise campaigns for cost, conversions, and ROI
SEO & Content
Perform
on-page SEO
, keyword optimisation, metadata, and internal linking
Coordinate blog publishing, service content, and basic copy optimisation
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across websites
Social Media & Branding
Manage and schedule content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
Coordinate creatives using tools like
Canva
or similar
Align social media activity with website and lead campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Track website and campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Ads dashboards, CRM tools
Share regular performance reports and insights with management
Suggest improvements based on data and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2-5 years of hands-on experience in
Digital Marketing + Website Management
Strong working knowledge of
WordPress
Practical understanding of
SEO, paid ads, lead funnels, and conversion optimisation
Experience handling
multiple websites or brands
Comfortable working from office in
Pune (Hybrid model)
Good to Have
Experience in
tourism, immigration, services, or e-commerce
Exposure to
international markets (UK / Europe / Gulf)
Knowledge of CRM tools, automation platforms, or funnels
Basic HTML/CSS or website troubleshooting skills
Canva, basic video editing, or creative tools
