2. Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage and configure Microsoft 365 admin for organizational accounts.
Oversee Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, Entra, and Exchange.
Coordinate with Microsoft Non-Profit liaison for licenses and services.
3. Cloud Server Management
Manage and configure Digital Ocean Cloud Server droplets.
Perform regular backups and ensure uptime monitoring.
Troubleshoot hosting and server issues promptly.
4. Digital Payments & Donation Tracking
Configure and maintain donation/payment gateway systems.
Implement tracking links for campaigns and generate monthly donation reports.
Ensure secure and seamless donor experience online.
5. SEO & Analytics
Conduct periodic SEO audits to improve search rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for visibility.
Provide monthly analytics and lead-generation reports (traffic, sources, conversions).
6. IT Troubleshooting & Support
Provide same-day resolution for urgent IT issues (emails, server, software access).
Maintain a troubleshooting log of issues and resolutions.
Offer support for staff hardware/software problems as needed.
7. Google Business Profile & Local SEO
Maintain and update the organization's Google Maps / Business profile.
Manage reviews, update information, and improve local SEO visibility.
8. Data Security & Backups
Ensure weekly automated data and server backups.
Conduct regular security checks to prevent malware and phishing risks.
9. Social Media Management
Manage official social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
Schedule and publish engaging posts aligned with communication goals.
Respond to queries, comments, and maintain positive engagement.
Track social media analytics and share monthly reports.
10. Digital Marketing
Support digital campaigns, email marketing, and ad promotions.
Implement tracking links for online campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better reach and engagement.
Suggest new tools and strategies for brand visibility and donor engagement.
11. Automation & Integration
Automate recurring reports (SEO, analytics, donations, social media).
Explore CRM/donor system integration with website and social channels.
Suggest upgrades to improve IT and digital efficiency.
