Job Summary:

EvolveSocially is seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, ranging from client-facing websites and internal tools to robust backend systems. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a keen eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using a variety of front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with clients, project managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and2 implement robust APIs and integrate with third-party services. Manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Provide technical support3 and maintenance for existing applications. Manage deployment and hosting environments.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven4 experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio5 showcasing diverse web development projects.

Front-End Expertise:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp). Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End Expertise:

Solid experience with at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java). Experience with relevant back-end frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot). Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with RESTful API design and development.

General Development Skills:

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus. Knowledge of SEO best practices in web development is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability6 to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.7
