Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and artful web design, user interface design skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional websites. You will be responsible for the design, layout, and coding of websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions. Ensure websites meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards. Optimize designs for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices. Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and design refreshes. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web pages or features.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Sketch. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to web design. Experience with animation and interactive design (CSS/JS-based). Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
