About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Website Designer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with client and business needs. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and responsive website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts into functional websites. Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and color usage across projects. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Website Designer, Web/UI Designer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch). Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Strong creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
