As a Website Designer at Chandigarh University, you will play a key role in designing and developing websites that not only look visually appealing but also provide an outstanding user experience. Your expertise in PHP, React.js, HTML, CSS, PSD to PHP conversion, and UI/UX design will be critical to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive websites using PHP or React.js. Convert PSD designs into PHP templates, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation. Create and maintain a consistent and visually appealing UI/UX design throughout the website. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role. Proficiency in PHP and React.js for dynamic and interactive web applications. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to hand-code clean, semantic markup. Experience in converting PSD designs to PHP templates. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
