It's our pride to work for BARC ( Bhabha Atomic Research Centre ) & serve the Government of India.

We are now in a plan for expansion and looking forward to hire a Web Designer.

As a web designer, you will be responsible for envisioning and creating compelling and responsive cross-platform websites, mobile applications and digital interfaces optimised for various screen sizes and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, with a strong focus on WordPress. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements. Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts and narratives into functional websites. Implement front-end and back-end features and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO. Ensure cross-device compatibility and perform routine maintenance and updates to existing websites. Conduct testing to identify bugs and ensure that every site functions well across various browsers and platforms before deployment. Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices.

Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of WordPress development. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3. Good understanding of Design and SEO principles and ensuring that the application adheres to them. Proven experience as a Website Developer with a robust portfolio that includes WordPress sites. Strong experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. Familiarity with Divi, Elementor, or other WordPress page builders. Understanding of WordPress security best practices. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to perform simple modifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
