Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

CMS Website Developer

to manage ongoing content updates, website maintenance, and page enhancements across multiple platforms. This role involves working with various CMS systems, ensuring high-quality publishing, maintaining stable site performance, and supporting technical troubleshooting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Upload, format, and publish content across multiple CMS platforms. Manage blog publishing workflows including images, metadata, SEO structure, and formatting. Implement minor layout adjustments and support custom features based on project needs. Conduct site maintenance: fix broken layouts, update modules/plugins, and improve performance. Work within staging and production environments to ensure smooth and error-free deployments. Troubleshoot issues related to CMS, themes, integrations, and hosting environments. Ensure all updates follow design, brand, and UX guidelines. Optimise pages for performance, UX, and basic SEO (headings, alt tags, internal linking). Support QA testing before deployments.

CMS Platforms You'll Work With

Candidates should be confident with at least 3-4 of the following:

AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Contentful

Salesforce CMS

Sitecore

CodeIgniter

(basic PHP familiarity is a plus)

Magento

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and responsive design. Basic familiarity with

PHP

and MVC frameworks. Ability to work with

Figma/XD

design handovers. Understanding of

SEO basics

for content structure. Experience with

Git

version control. Comfortable using ticketing systems (ClickUp, Jira, Trello). Knowledge of website speed optimisation is a bonus.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and proactive updates. High attention to detail and quality. Ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Independent problem-solver and multi-tasker.
