We are looking for a motivated

Website & App Support Executive

(Male/Female) with basic technical knowledge to assist in managing and updating our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computer systems, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update content, images, and product details on the website and mobile app. Perform routine checks to ensure smooth functionality across platforms. Make minor modifications or coordinate with developers for technical updates. Edit and upload images or banners using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Support the marketing and operations teams in uploading new arrivals and promotions. Maintain consistency in product display, pricing, and descriptions. Troubleshoot small backend or layout issues and report errors for correction.

Requirements:

Basic computer education (BCA, BSc Computer Science, Diploma in IT, or similar). 1 year of relevant experience preferred (freshers with good skills may also apply). Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools preferred. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type:

Full-time (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Fixed shift)

Compensation & Benefits:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month Training and growth opportunities
