Role Overview

We are seeking a

WordPress & Website Developer Intern

to assist with building, customizing, and maintaining websites for clients and internal projects. You'll work closely with our development and design teams to bring web ideas to life using WordPress and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites (themes, plugins, page builders) Customize front-end layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and SEO best practices Help with website migrations, backups, and basic troubleshooting Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement visuals and content Stay updated with the latest web trends, plugins, and WordPress updates

Requirements

Basic knowledge of WordPress and its ecosystem (themes, plugins, admin panel) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP is a bonus) Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility Willingness to learn and work on real client projects Good communication skills and attention to detail Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg is a plus Portfolio or examples of personal projects (GitHub or live sites) preferred
