Job Description
- Candidate should be minimum 8+ yrs of exp with 3+ as Technical lead
- He should have min 5+ yrs as a developer rather than an admin/support role
- Webmethod - version 10+ is fine
- Exp in Webmethods API gateway, MFT, Integration server - mandatory
- Exp in Webmethods Active transfer - good to have
- 5+ years of experience in Webmethods
- 5+ years of experience in handling Development teams
- Must have worked in Onsite/ Offshore model.
- Expertise in Estimation for CRs/ Work packets
- Interaction with Architect and Analyst teams to understand work items/ CRs
- Providing resolution for Technical issues (raised by the Dev team)
- Able to take decisions independently.
- Innovation/ Improvement in Development Teams
- Grooming/ Training to webMethods team including freshers
- Very good communication skills
- Attending and providing support to Scrum teams.
- Attend Handover calls for interfaces and gather technical requirements from other applications.
