You Are: Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Webmethods as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The Opportunity : Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs, developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components. Optimize efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models. Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system. Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation What you need: 08-12 years of experience in Software AG WebMethods Product Suite. Good knowledge and experience on Software AG WebMethods (9.x / 10.x) in UNIX environment. Hands-on experience in Integration Server, Designer, MWS, Trading Networks and Universal Messaging. Design and implementation knowledge in A2A, B2B and Cloud / SaaS application integrations. Good knowledge on SAP Adapter, JDBC Adapter, Web Services - REST and SOAP. Should know communication protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, FTP, FTPS. Knowledge in API Gateway and API management is preferable. - Strong Linux, UNIX / Shell scripting skills. Good understanding of relational databases and ability to understand / write SQL queries. Experience in installation, upgrade, migration of WebMethods suite. Added advantage if worked on e-Standards like RosettaNet and EDI. Knowledge / programming experience in Java, J2EE is preferable. Experience with job scheduling and automation tools. Experience in supporting application teams in development / testing environments. Complete understanding of SDLC. At least 1-3 years of experience working in support role. Good working experience on production support Incidents handling and concepts of ITIL process.
