Job Title: Webflow Website & Content Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, with at least 4 hours overlap between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

The client is a premium jewelry brand specializing in distinctive, high-quality products for a discerning clientele. Their online presence is built on a Webflow e-commerce platform, and they're looking for a dependable Website & Content Manager to ensure the site remains updated, visually engaging, and fully functional.
About the Role:
This part-time position centers on maintaining and improving a Webflow e-commerce site. Responsibilities include keeping content up to date--such as adding new products and blog posts--making occasional design refinements, and handling light technical tasks like API integrations and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate closely with the team to ensure the website not only runs smoothly but also reflects the brand's high-quality image and delivers a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Add and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and videos
• Upload and format blog posts
• Make occasional design/layout adjustments in Webflow (using Photoshop when needed)
• Ensure website pages display correctly across devices
• Perform light troubleshooting and address minor website issues
• Support API integrations and manage connected tools (e.g., HubSpot forms)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant website management or content admin experience (Webflow strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Photoshop for basic image editing
• Experience with API integrations is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have

• E-commerce experience, ideally with luxury or premium brands
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick design updates
