About the Role

We're looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and optimize our website - the front door to our brand and growth engine. You'll manage the Webflow site end-to-end, ensuring it reflects our positioning, drives traffic, and converts visitors into leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update website content, pages, and assets in Webflow. Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to launch new campaigns and landing pages. Implement and maintain SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking. Monitor site performance and continuously optimize for UX, load speed, and conversions. Manage integrations with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, GTM, etc.). Support A/B tests, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

3 - 6 years of experience in website or digital marketing management. Strong hands-on experience with Webflow. Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web performance best practices. Creative eye for design and strong ownership mindset. Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
