Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive

Webflow Developer

to be the core driver of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will take ownership of building, managing, and maintaining our websites and engaging digital assets entirely on the

Webflow platform

. This role requires a strong understanding of visual design, expert-level Webflow proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Webflow Development:

Build, design, and launch fully responsive websites and engaging landing pages from initial concept phase through to production using the Webflow Designer.

Maintenance & Optimization:

Ensure all live websites are running smoothly, are well-optimized for speed, performance, and accessibility, and reflect the latest content and security standards.

CMS Management:

Efficiently manage and maintain the

Webflow CMS

, ensuring data integrity, content organization, and ease of use for non-technical content creators.

Technical Quality Assurance (QA):

Conduct rigorous testing for

cross-browser compatibility

, mobile responsiveness, and overall User Experience (UX) to ensure a flawless final product.

Custom Code Implementation:

Utilize

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

to implement custom functionality, advanced animations, and third-party tool integrations where necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design and marketing teams to translate wireframes and strategic goals into functional, aesthetically pleasing websites.

SEO & Analytics Integration:

Implement crucial on-page SEO best practices and integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to accurately track and report on website performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven professional experience as a

Webflow Developer or Manager

, supported by a strong portfolio of live, demonstrable projects.

Expert-level proficiency

with the

Webflow platform

, including its CMS, advanced interactions, and integrations. Solid technical understanding of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

. Strong knowledge of modern web design principles, including

responsive design

and

User Experience (UX)

best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. A proactive, independent, and effective problem-solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
