Role summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging WordPress multisite setup for the company. Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Develop, manage, and optimize WordPress websites, with a focus on multisite configurations. \xc2\xb7 Implement SEO strategies tailored to e-commerce to drive traffic and sales. \xc2\xb7 Integrate advanced e-commerce solutions, including shopping carts, payment gateways, and inventory management systems, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. \xc2\xb7 Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements, enhance site performance, and support marketing initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Translate requirements and use cases into technical designs and functional code. \xc2\xb7 Design, develop, maintain, and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards. \xc2\xb7 Optimizing the company\xe2\x80\x99s cloud-based computing architecture \xc2\xb7 Provide expertise in online shop management, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. \xc2\xb7 Good experience of PHP & MySQL. \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of web applications security, session management, and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining web development documentation, testing cases and specifications. \xc2\xb7 Automating the development, testing, and integration of software releases/fixes \xc2\xb7 Documentation in Dokuwiki Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field. \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on WordPress. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Computing \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience with WordPress multisite setups and online shop management. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to identify issues, obstacles and opportunities and then develop and implement effective solutions through creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
