Job Description

As a Web Testing & Personalization, we are looking for a highly driven optimization specialist to join our growing organization to optimize our upper funnel experience for the small business segment. In this role, you will help conceptualize and build A/B tests, set up personalization campaigns, and drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to define and execute A/B tests
• Identify opportunities to optimize lead form completions and conversion funnels to increase conversion rates and revenue
• Communicate any changes, improvements, and prioritizations to key stakeholders in an effective manner and work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to share insights and evangelize the program
• Contribute to roadmaps and prioritizations for experiments and personalization campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize)
• Ability to write and edit HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter open to feedback and learning who can offer up creative solutions to problems as they arise
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, measurements, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc
