Responsibilities

Interacting with clients to understand their website related requirements, explaining products to clients etc. Managing customer queries. Knowledge of web sites and facilities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities. Techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment.

Qualifications / Experience

1-2 years. Freshers will also be considered.

Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to adapt and deal with challenging tasks.
