Job Description

Rish's School is seeking a skilled and creative individual to manage and maintain the school's website while also handling graphic design needs. The ideal candidate will ensure that our website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing, while supporting various departments with professional graphic design work for print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Regularly update website content including news, events, notices, galleries, etc. Ensure website functionality, speed, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues. Collaborate with school departments to publish relevant and timely information. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Coordinate with hosting and domain providers as needed.

Graphic Design:

Design brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, and other school-related materials. Create engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, emails, etc.). Ensure brand consistency in all designs. Edit and optimize images for both print and web.

Requirements:

Proven experience in website management (WordPress or other CMS preferred). Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field. Experience working in an educational environment is a plus.
